The Kitchen @ 1001, a shared-use kitchen facility and the first of its kind in Forsyth County, will provide commercial grade kitchen equipment, storage facilities and wrap around business support for local entrepreneurs and food trucks to start, scale and grow food-related businesses. Storefront retail space will be available to local businesses such as a coffee and tea cafe, and small restaurants.

Incubator and accelerator programs, equipment training, business wrap around services and licensure will be accessible to entrepreneurs at all stages of their business.



Food trucks, caterers and everyone in between, consider the Kitchen @ 1001 your central hub for prep, storage and supply stock with easy in and out access for loading and deliveries, all for your ultimate convenience.
